Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex construction disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s strategic expansion.

  • 10+ years PQE in UK construction law.
  • Proven track record in litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional work.
