Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex construction disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s strategic expansion.
About You
- 10+ years PQE in UK construction law.
- Proven track record in litigation, dispute resolution, and transactional work.
