Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential

Ready to take your Quantity Surveying career to the next level?

We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor that has been operating in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market for over 2 decades.

As the AQS, you'll be supporting a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors working on projects in Central London.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with tenders.
2. Procuring sub-contractors and materials.
3. Reviewing construction packages with a Senior.
4. Participating in business and client meetings.
5. Gaining invaluable experience on-site and in the office.

Projects will range from £3m up to £20m+ and will include a mixture of luxury fit outs, basement digs, extensions, grade listed properties, and full refurbishments of one-off residences in areas such as Kensington, Belgravia, Notting Hill, Wimbledon, and Fulham.

If you have a few years of experience, ideally working on similar projects, and have a desire to learn and excel in the Super Prime Market, this could be the role for you.

Salary of £50-60k + package.
