What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a Lead Client Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team and take ownership of securing new brand clients. This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-reward, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to brands, companies, and organizations for potential collaborations with TapLab creators.
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing managers and decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Pitch creative campaign ideas tailored to client goals and TapLab talent.
  • Negotiate and close campaign deals with new clients.
  • Work closely with the campaign and talent teams to ensure smooth execution post-sale.

What You’ll Need:

  • A proven knack for sales, outreach, or business development (experience in influencer marketing or creator economy a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to sell without being pushy.
  • Self-motivation and discipline – this is a remote role with full flexibility.
