Group Reporting Manager

This role is one to behold.

Working for a business that is undergoing a period of innovation and growth, it is a newly created position that will support the Financial Controller in the day-to-day management of a small team of talented individuals looking after the core duties which will include:

• Presentation of monthly consolidated results and reviewing with internal stakeholders and FBPs
• Looking after a team of 4
• Reviewing balance sheet and cashflow statements
• Preparation of consolidated financial accounts
• Reviewing and developing financial processes and putting in place improvements where necessary
• Providing support with annual budgeting and reforecasting cycle
• Working closely with auditors and supporting with presentation of group forecasts
• Working closely with FP&A team

This role will suit a post-qualified accountant with strong technical prowess and exposure to staff management. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to put their stamp on things by embracing change and putting in place better ways of working where appropriate.

Either ACA or ACCA qualified, with a background in a sizeable firm, this role offers excellent scope to be part of a PE backed business whose growth plans are exponential.

Working in Milton Keynes and based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home, the role also comes with a 10% bonus potential.
