Sales Advisor - Gillingham – Plumb Centre

As a Sales Advisor based in Gillingham you’ll be responsible for:

1. Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
2. Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude.
3. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. Overtime is occasionally required on a Saturday morning.

1. Previous Sales Advisor and customer service experience is desirable.
2. Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
