Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction? We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Group Quality Manager, focusing on all aspects of product quality.
• Handle customer emails and enquiries regarding product quality and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct line checks to ensure consistent product standards.
• Perform internal audits to maintain compliance with quality procedures.
• Take product samples, manage testing, and handle results accurately.
• Maintain and enhance hygiene standards across the facility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving standards.
