The team works predominantly in the private sector on a range of projects which include renewable energy, residential, logistics, education, and leisure. The role of a Senior Ecologist involves:

1. Undertaking Phase 2 surveys for protected species.
2. Phase 1 habitat surveys to map habitats.
3. Project management and client liaison.

Requirements include:

1. Experience as a professional ecological consultant.
2. The ability to write high quality reports in line with CIEEM guidelines.
3. Experience of writing fee proposals.
