Base pay range

Salary | up to £95k

Workonomics are partnering with a private equity-backed, B2B SaaS company who are scaling their core platform for enterprise growth.

Today, their technology helps thousands of organisations globally improve the lives of millions of employees.

They’re looking for 2x product-minded Senior Backend Engineers to:

• build an API gateway to enable simple integrations for customers, making it easier for them to import data from their other systems
• ensure users have a seamless experience with the core services that cut across their entire product suite, e.g. navigation, identity management, account permissions, admin tooling.

You’ll enjoy and succeed in working here if you can:

• drive the design and development of scalable backend Java services / APIs / integrations
• implement and maintain modern microservices architecture
• collaborate effectively with Product Managers
• contribute to team-wide learning through mentoring

Here you'll own your technical decisions, and work on features that deliver value directly to users. You’ll make a meaningful impact here.

You'll work remote-first, with one (fully expensed) visit per quarter to the company HQ for team planning sessions.
