Job overview

The HR Advisory team at GMMH looks after our workforce in terms of wellbeing management, employee relations, organisational change and so on. We are looking for an HR professional to look after our People Absence and Wellbeing Support team and to support our Head office services.

Main duties of the job
  • Manage the People Absence and Wellbeing Support team
  • Support the work of people related governance committees at the Trust
  • Improve and streamline people related processes
  • Manage the job evaluation and occupational health services
  • Support the HR Advisory team in arranging hearings and act as a senior HR resource when necessary
