Junior Management Accountant - London

Seeking a Junior Management Accountant for a 5-month contract within a private healthcare company based in Borehamwood and available on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  1. Resolve aged funder queries - funders include NHS, Councils, and self-funded Individuals
  2. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
  3. Responsible for ensuring that all accounts are reconciled
  4. Handle and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account discrepancies promptly and professionally
  5. Investigate, manage, and resolve all disputes quickly and efficiently to collect funds
  6. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes
  7. Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  1. Demonstrate advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  2. Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
  3. Driven: Committed to seeing tasks through to completion with a high level of accuracy
