Job Description Summary

Are you a Property Manager wanting the opportunity to work for a large global organisation where you have the chance to develop quickly and enjoy working with large accounts and exciting assets?

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager Surveyor to join our Scottish Asset Services team situated within our Edinburgh Quay offices.

You will join our team who are looking to grow our offering in Edinburgh. We have had great success across Scotland and have real ambition to continue this, as well as strengthening our collaboration with our wider teams, including Building Consultancy and Agency.

This will be a key role within the Asset Services team in Scotland, working on a variety of key clients' properties, with mixed property types making this an interesting and varied role.

The ideal person will have previous experience working as a surveyor within commercial property management, dealing with multi-use properties. You will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross-selling with our internal local and national teams.

Account management is key, so you will be someone who has a successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying asset management opportunities.

Key knowledge and qualifications:

1. MRICS
2. Commercial property management and property management systems experience
3. Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
