Audit Partner

Role: Audit Partner
Location: West Midlands

Overview:
Quinton Davies is working on behalf of a Top 50 practice firm based in the West Midlands who are looking for a strategically minded and ambitious Audit Partner.

Main Duties:

1. Leading the West Midlands audit team to successfully deliver a broad range of Corporate, NFP, and Charity audit engagements.
2. Developing the audit team - this will include recruiting team members and mentoring the Managers/Senior Managers so that they can reach their potential.
3. Working with the Partner team on the West Midlands office strategic growth plans.
4. Liaising with the Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to formulate and deliver our firmwide audit strategy.

1. Ideally you'll be an RI with experience of controlling a diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
2. A strong business developer who is keen to develop and build contacts and their network within the West Midlands business community.
3. A strong People Manager who enjoys building and developing a team.
4. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can influence at all levels.
