Key Responsibilities:

1. Run and validate process trials
2. Manage projects with focus on critical paths and efficiency
3. Collaborate with newly revitalized NPD team
4. Utilize pilot plant facilities for scale-up changes
5. Senior-specific Duties:
6. Present to major multiple retailers
7. Manage a small team
8. Lead during high-volume project periods

Ideal Candidates:

1. 12+ months experience as a process technologist (3+ years for Senior roles)
2. Food Science/Technology degree
3. Forward-thinking and ambitious personality
