The Role

The role of the Sales Development Representative – Facades Systems will involve:

1. Sales Development position promoting building envelope refurbishment services including facades remediation & asbestos removal
2. Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end users for example: Muller, Pepsi, Heineken, Scottish Water, Tesco, North British Distillery
3. The remaining portion will focus on the professional services sector dealing with: student accommodation providers, housebuilders, and surveyors
4. 95% of your time will be generating new business
5. Conducting Teams presentations to customers to promote the service
6. Working in unison with BDM
7. Targeted to achieve £500k - £2m annual turnover depending on experience

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Development Representative – Facades Systems with:

1. Ideally a graduate or have some experience with business development or outbound sales
2. Must be an energetic, hungry individual looking to forge a career in a sales position
3. Comfortable cold calling and being on the telephone
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
5. IT literate (Microsoft Office)
6. Ambitious, driven, dynamic personality
