Our client, a long-standing manufacturing firm based in Stockport, is currently looking to expand their existing team with a proactive, self-managed Customer Service Executive. Working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, you’ll be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers to respond to enquiries and process orders. You’ll need to be an expert relationship builder, with high levels of accuracy and confidence using spreadsheets / CRM, who thrives in a busy environment.

In return, the company offers a salary of £26,000 plus an annual profit share bonus, competitive pension scheme and excellent benefits package. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm, and 9.00am-5.00pm on Fridays. You will work from their offices in Stockport for 3 days per week and may work remotely for 2 days per week. Flexibility to support peak periods is required.
