Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in transforming customer experiences at Specsavers? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Discovery and Design phase of our Blended Experience Programme (BEP) Transition State 2 (TS 2). As part of our Group Retail and Change team, you'll champion retail collaboration and drive advancements across all regions, ensuring a solid connection between global programmes and local initiatives.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our most complex and important programme, BEP. Your focus will be on the crucial Discovery and Design activities that support the successful delivery of TS 2. You'll work across multidisciplinary teams, including technology and data, to co-create deliverables that enhance customer journeys, products, processes, and technology.

We're looking for someone with strong project management skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You'll need experience coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders within a complex landscape, ideally with a background in delivering large, multi-region projects. Your ability to bring clarity and direction in a complex environment, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be key to your success.
