CTA qualified with experience in tax compliance and strategy.

Manage tax reporting and compliance across the Group.
Provide tax advice to stakeholders and manage relationships with HMRC.

Are you a CTA qualified Head of Tax, looking for a part time role?

The successful candidate will be CTA qualified with experience within complex industries (charity or housing background ideal but not essential).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reporting and compliance on a variety of taxes across the Group
Managing the Groups tax strategy
Providing advice to stakeholders
Managing the tax relationship with HMRC
Identifying areas of risk and working to mitigate these
Ensuring appropriate controls are in place
Identifying and implementing opportunities for tax savings
Managing a small team
Proven track record of liaising with Committee/Board level
