The Role of the Contractors Manager:
The role involves managing multiple projects and working closely with various teams such as sales, contractors, and clients. Strong organisational and communication skills are required to ensure the smooth running of contracts. Travelling to sites when required is essential, mainly within roofing refurbishment. Communication with all parties is paramount. Candidates must live within the Southwest, as this role will be hybrid after a 12-week training programme.

Strong experience in the roofing or cladding industry is ideal, but candidates with site experience and an understanding of contracts and projects are also encouraged to apply. The candidate should be dynamic, especially with the daily travel and the need to balance teamwork and independent decision-making, while keeping the internal system updated. Daily travel covering the southwest is expected.
