About the Company

A large multinational leader based in Buckinghamshire is currently looking for a Pensions Lead to support the Pensions team. This company is a consistently growing large company with a modern and calm feel to their offices.

About the Role

You’ll be asked to involve yourself in a variety of duties, including collaborating with the wider HR function and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
  • Ensure all pensions comply with legislation.
  • Annual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providers.
  • Lead the implementation of system changes and new projects.
Required Skills
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong experience of delivering projects.
  • Knowledge of pensions including DC and DB schemes.
Pay range and compensation package

You'll receive a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. The office is in Buckinghamshire, close to train and bus links from London. On-site parking is available.
