Our client is based in Chessington and has over 5,000 dedicated employees.

Job Description

  1. Providing 1st, 2nd & some 3rd line technical support to employees across the company.
  2. Ticket management using ServiceNow.
  3. Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
  4. Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
  5. Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
  6. Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
  7. Participating in IT projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Support Engineer member should have:

  1. Strong skill set and experience of Infrastructure and user support.
  2. Good understanding of O365, Windows 10 & 11, and ITIL framework.
  3. Familiar with Azure environment.
  4. Experience of network troubleshooting.
  5. Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
  6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

What's on Offer

  1. £200-£250 Per Day, Depending on experience.
  2. Long term contract.
