Job description

2x Advanced Scaffolder - (Brackley) - Fulltime

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years.

Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.

PAYE basis

On Offer:

1. Rate of £22.57 per hour - first 39 hours
2. Rate of £33.86 per hour - final 11 hours
3. Rate of £25.05 per hour - average across 50 hours
4. Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
5. Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 (only paid if you meet the requirements of being 50+ miles from site)

Overtime When Available:

1. Saturday - First 4 hours' time & a half - after 4 hours double time
2. Sunday - Double time

Candidates must have:

1. Good experience and understanding of scaffolding works
2. Fully capable of supervising a small team of operatives
3. Fully capable of recording daily work records and delivering safety briefings/Toolbox talks
4. Ability to erect and dismantle scaffoldings
5. Ability to work from drawings
6. Experience in creating and attaching scaffolding
7. Carrying out checks and ensuring measurements are correct
8. CISRS Advanced Gold Card
9. Safety Critical Medical

Preferred:

1. Advanced CISRS Gold Card
2. SSSTS or SMSTS
3. Manual handling
4. Working at Heights
5. Driving Licence
