Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tutor in Residential Child Care. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to apprentices, providing necessary support and guidance, creating and marking coursework, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks also include developing learning materials, monitoring the progress of learners, and communicating effectively with learners and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Health and Social Care or Early Years education
- Skills in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership
- Ability to create, deliver, and assess training materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or related fields
