Fields & Rudd is seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the operational strategy and future growth of the company. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to make a significant impact within a growing business.

With the chance to take full ownership of the company’s operations and play a key role in its future direction with complete autonomy, you will have direct access to the leadership team, influencing company strategy and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end operational processes across the business
• Collaborate directly with the owners to influence strategic decisions and overall company direction
• Make independent decisions and drive operational improvements with full autonomy
• Manage the opening of our US office
• Developing and managing reporting packs and driving leadership performance review
• CRM management and audit
• Contracts (employee, supplier)

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Operations experience with a background in recruitment
• Proven ability to streamline processes, improve ROI, and drive operational efficiencies
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex operational challenges
