Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Qualification: RGN strong general nursing skills
Hours: 40 hours per week supernumerary hours

Remit

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work in their fantastic elderly nursing home based in the Wirral area. This home provides care for nursing and residential residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager & Head of Care.

Requirements

1. 2 years experience as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
2. Must be a registered nurse with an active pin (RGN)
3. Previous Nursing Home experience
4. Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
5. Genuine passion for elderly care

Interview Process

There is a 1 stage interview process: Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager & Regional Manager.

Location

This role is based near the Wirral area and is easily commutable from Birkenhead, Heswall, Bromborough, Neston, Ellesmere Port, Helesby, Liverpool, West Kirby, Hoylake and Deeside.
