Trackwork is a leading provider of construction and engineering services to the rail network. We provide engineering expertise, Project Management, and rail industry services, including the manufacture and sales of permanent way materials, design, installation, and maintenance of track, and Signalling and Telecoms services. We operate across Network Rail, Transport for London, and privately managed rail infrastructures.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HSEQ Advisor to join our HSEQ & Sustainability Team, collaborating with the Rail Contracting business. This role is perfect for a driven HSE professional eager to advance their career within the rail industry.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, site management teams, and workforce, providing support and guidance to ensure the maintenance of high standards in health, safety, environment, and quality management across the business.
Ideally, you will have experience supporting various rail engineering and maintenance projects and be confident in discussing a wide range of HSEQ topics with both the workforce and senior management while promoting best practices and fostering a positive culture.
The role is based at our Doncaster office but will require regular travel across the UK to support the business in fulfilling its HSEQ responsibilities. You will assist in preparing and developing risk assessments, conducting site audits, recommending improvements, offering advice on HSEQ-related matters, and providing regular reports.
