Miryco Consultants is working with one of the top Lloyd's of London insurers to add a Conduct Risk Manager to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most commercial and pragmatic companies in Lloyd's, as well as working alongside some of the most well-respected Compliance professionals in the market.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty frameworks
Managing of Conduct and Complaints team
Adherence to Lloyd's and FCA regulatory requirements
Fostering a positive conduct environment

Experience:

5+ years' experience working in a relevant Conduct Risk role
Experience working in insurance, preferably Lloyd's of London
Commercial and pragmatic individual who enjoys building relationships
Experience managing teams with direct reports
