Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Operational Excellence – Ensure services are well-staffed, efficient, and compliant with CQC/CIW/RQIA regulations.
  3. Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Oversee regional hiring, ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and support new care package mobilisations.
  4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  5. Performance & Growth – Drive KPI success in carer retention, recruitment speed, package retention, and service expansion.
  6. Crisis Management & On-Call Support – Be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role.
  2. Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complex Care, related regulations and CQC knowledge is a big plus!).
