£40,000 + £5,000 Guaranteed Bonus + Technical Training + Progression to Technical Manager + Qualifications Paid for + 23+8 Days Holiday

Office based commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Swindon, and the surrounding areas.

The role is office based with occasional site visits and involves signing off electrical test certificates, training engineers, ensuring work quality, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Electrical Qualifying Supervisor will oversee compliance, conduct site checks, and provide technical support to the team.

The role would suit an Electrician from a commercial or industrial background with testing experience, looking to step off the tools into a supervisor role, or with prior supervising experience who is keen to develop their technical skillset and progress within a business.

The Role:

1. Signing off electrical test certificates
2. Training new electrical engineers
3. Ensuring that both Engineers and Clients are fully satisfied
