Job Description:

A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join a leading and reputable consultancy. This role will be based within their Norwich office. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects. Our client is open to Mid - Senior level Architectural Technologists and offers an excellent working from home policy.

Our client has high expectations of their new recruits; therefore, a successful Senior Architectural Technologist is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they'd be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Day to day as an employee of this practice, you are most likely to be working schemes within a range of sectors such as commercial, residential, defence and industrial. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an ambitious, rapidly developing consultancy in Norwich. They have a strong ethos and are passionate about creating exciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.

This role seeks an individual who has good knowledge of Revit software and is open to any project experience. Our client has a passion for exceptional customer service and has an impressive portfolio of long-standing relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
• Liaise with other professionals
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree on a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Live within a commutable distance of Norwich (taking into account our client has 3 days working from home)
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence
