Job Title: CAMHS Practitioner (Band 6)

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. Your key responsibilities will include:
  2. Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
  3. Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
  4. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with young people and their families.
  5. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.

  7. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
