Trainee Teaching Assistant (part & full time)

Location: Gainsborough

Salary: £85 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Duration: April 2025 - ongoing

Vision for Education are excited to provide this incredible opportunity to support passionate people with getting into the education sector, no experience required! We work alongside our client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with high quality training and paid on the job experience.

Prior to starting your placement, you will be required to complete a comprehensive training programme which will give you the essential skills you need to work as a Trainee Teaching Assistant. The role of Trainee Teaching Assistant will vary between schools; you may be supporting the teacher in the whole classroom, running small group interventions, or working on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements

The desired Trainee Teaching Assistant will:

  1. Have a passion for supporting children

  3. Be proactive and a good communicator
  4. Be able to work collaboratively in a team
  5. Be committed to complete the required training and participate in ongoing CPD
  6. Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check & register with the update service
  7. Have your own transport
