With these growth initiatives, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Production Coordinator to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Coordinator, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Daily tasks include liaising with suppliers, overseeing quality control, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining production documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
  2. Manage order processing, including liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery.
  3. Work with Photoshop and Corel Draw to create and modify designs for apparel production.
  4. Utilize Suma Cutter Software to prepare materials for transfer printing.
  5. Organize and coordinate the logistics of goods to our partners, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
  6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality control and smooth workflow.
  7. Maintain organized records of orders, designs, and shipment schedules.

Requirements:

  1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  2. Proficiency in Photoshop and Corel Draw for graphic design and CAD work.
  3. Familiarity with Suma Cutter Software and experience preparing materials for transfer printing.
  4. Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and order fulfillment.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  6. Experience in apparel production, print production, or a related field is a plus.
