The Role

Due to exceptional and steady growth, we have multiple opportunities for Legal Advisors to join our thriving private client department across our offices in the south west; Exeter, Taunton, Bridport, Wellington, Yeovil, Sherborne and Dorchester. Whether you are a solicitor, lawyer or legal advisor from newly qualified level up to Senior Associate, we have opportunities to join us across a variety of specialisms including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts, and court of protection.

Offering interesting and varied work, these positions will play a key role in supporting and expanding the Firm’s client base and new referrals in this area of the practice whilst adopting efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met or surpassed. There is some flexibility around our offices in the southwest which we are happy to discuss further with suitable applicants.

About You

Joining our reputable private client department, these roles would best suit individuals who can demonstrate sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area. The successful candidates must be able to manage their own caseload with supervision from a Partner.
