Supply Chain Director

A high-growth challenger food brand experiencing rapid expansion is looking for a Supply Chain Director to lead operations and drive supply chain strategy to support ambitious growth targets.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the operational strategy, ensuring the business can scale efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance. You’ll lead a cross-functional team across operations, supply chain, and product development, while also managing relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers. A key focus will be on cost-saving initiatives, continuous improvement, and driving innovation, ensuring the business stays ahead in a competitive market.

What we're looking for:

1. Extensive experience in leading food manufacturing supply chain strategies in the food industry.
2. Proven track record in leading cost-reduction projects, product development, and managing co-manufacturers.
3. Exceptional leadership & people management skills with the ability to inspire teams to success.
4. Comfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers & key stakeholders.
5. Degree qualified with experience across both blue-chip and startups would be beneficial.
