This role offers hybrid working - 4 days on site and 1 home per week.
Job Description
Reporting to a People Manager and working alongside a busy team, the role of HR Advisor (People Advisor) will support a busy distribution site with generalist advisory matters.
This will include but is not limited to:
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Support with any change management projects
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Play an active role in absence management
Support with employee engagement projects
Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet individual and business needs
Contribute to HR projects as required
