Contract Kitchen Designer

Due to ROK’s ongoing growth in the contract kitchen market, we are seeking a skilled contract kitchen designer to join our dynamic and professional team.

ROK is a fast-paced, passionate company so we are looking for an incredibly organized & hard-working person who will be working in a small tight-knit team on a day-to-day basis.

As a kitchen designer, you will support the other designers to create and develop the best possible kitchen layouts to suit specifications and budgets provided by the client. You will work up solutions to design briefs, bringing them to life with your strong creative skills.

Main Duties

• Produce outstanding design work based on brief information provided by the client. Designs include drawings, design details, specifications, bills of quantity, and calculations.
• Preparing specification presentations.
• Liaising with our clients and end purchasers via phone or email.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Personal Skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize your own workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT literacy (CAD knowledge would be an advantage).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with or without supervision.
• Be creative, motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable.

We are based in Grays, Essex.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
