Senior Talent Acquisition Resourcer

18 month FTC - Leeds

Gleeds Corporate Services is recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support our team.

This is a varied role with the main focus of sourcing and engaging with the best talent in our core disciplines such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying as well as our other services which can include Advisory (Asset management, Procurement, PMO, Sustainability, Tax and Disputes).

Some key responsibilities you will have are:

1. Utilise available sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality talent.
2. First stage sourcing to identify candidate suitability for key strategic roles.
3. Building good knowledge of the construction industry and developing a strong network/presence.
4. Running social media campaigns to attract talent and maintaining regular contact.
5. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with the full recruitment lifecycle, posting adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and raising offer letters to onboarding.
6. Ensure company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed by checking compliance documents before hiring.
7. Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is used effectively, is kept up to date and the applicant flow is smooth and efficient.
8. Creating and managing talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Talent Acquisition Partners.

2. Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent and work up quick and engaging conversations.

6. Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload.
