An established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join its thriving Blackburn office. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious conveyancer to take on a leadership role, overseeing a busy and dynamic team while managing a high-quality caseload of residential property transactions.

The Role:

1. Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold transactions, and new builds.
2. Leading and supervising a team of conveyancers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high standards of client service and legal expertise.
3. Acting as a key point of contact for complex matters, offering technical support and problem-solving expertise.
4. Overseeing compliance, risk management, and best practices within the team to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
5. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
6. Driving business development and client relationship management, helping to grow the firm's residential property offering.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of handling a high-volume caseload.
2. Experience in team leadership, supervision, or mentoring, with a strong ability to develop and support junior team members.
3. Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, regulatory requirements, and lender panel compliance.
4. Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
5. A proactive and solution-driven approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. A commitment to business development and networking to support the firm’s continued growth.
