We’re working with a leading advisory firm based in London who have an opening for a Senior Manager to join their national team, focused on technical excellence, internal procedures, and risk management within the restructuring division.

This is a key role at the heart of the firm’s operations, ideal for someone with deep restructuring experience who now wants to shape how the work gets done - improving systems, ensuring compliance, and helping the wider team deliver at their best.

In this strategic role, you'll:

• Oversee internal procedures and risk management frameworks
• Act as a go-to for technical and compliance queries
• Support regulatory updates, training, and internal reviews
• Drive continuous improvement across UK offices

What we’re looking for:

• Strong insolvency experience within professional services
• JIEB/CPI (ideal) and excellent technical knowledge
• Experience with IPS or similar systems
• A proactive, detail-driven approach to policy and process
