Job description

Job Advert

In the supported living service we currently support two service users. We support with personal care, medication, finances, mobility, moving and handling, as well as supporting them to access the community, with meals, health appointments and maintaining their home. The shifts typically are earlies, evenings, and a 24-hour sleepover.

You will also be working in the Darlington Community, working with various service users in the Darlington area, supporting them with finances, medication and maintaining their home.

What we're looking for:

  1. A genuine passion for supporting others.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  4. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract options:

· Part-time: 20hrs

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
