Salary: GBP13.80 per hour

Job Type: Permanent - Part-Time

Opening Times: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Dentist by providing chairside support, ensuring that the correct equipment and materials are available
2. Provide support and assistance to a wide array of patients
3. Follow practice health and safety and infection control procedures
4. Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy, and disinfected
5. Accurately complete patient clinical records
6. Complete all clinical daily, weekly, and monthly logs and checks
7. Assist the dentist during dental procedures
8. Take and develop dental x-rays
9. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
10. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

About You:

1. Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
2. Previous customer service experience preferred
3. Strong communication skills and good organisation skills
4. Reliability and punctuality
5. Provide proof of vaccination & enhanced DBS
6. Must be considering or already enrolled on an approved dental nurse course
