You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying, attracting, and recruiting exceptional talent to fulfill diverse staffing needs for our customers.
• Reviewing and pre-screening applications to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and offer support throughout the recruitment process.
• Showcasing the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
• Visiting locations to engage with key stakeholders and gain insights into our diverse customer base.

We'd like you to have:

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, direct sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in overseeing recruitment projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• A valid UK driving license.
