Job description
If you have an LLM or LPC qualification and some experience of general law, then this position for a Paralegal Assistant will be perfect for you.Some of your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support for a team of qualified Solicitors
- Dealing with residential/commercial conveyancing, immigration, family, and employment law
- Preparing a wide range of legal documentation including witness statements
- Coordinating client meetings and attending when needed to take instructions
- Liaising extensively with clients, other Solicitors, and Counsel in relation to client cases
- Attending Court when needed to support the legal team and take notes during hearings
