Paying up to £40,000 per annum

About the Company:
They pride themselves on delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Revit Technician to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP building services projects.
2. Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services.
4. Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
7. Support junior technicians and provide mentorship where required.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services sector.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.
3. Strong understanding of building services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
4. Experience with BIM methodologies and standards.
5. Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
6. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
