• Location: Croydon / Surrey (Hybrid 2 days from home, 3 days in the community)
• Salary: Up to £44,000 + excellent benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the clinical team in delivering high-quality care to children in the community.
2. Coordinate care plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
4. Provide training and support to team members.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse with relevant pediatric experience.
2. Proven leadership skills.
3. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
