DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Coordinating customer delivery schedules.
  2. Managing Engineers' diaries.
  3. Overseeing order progress with suppliers and manufacturers.
  4. Managing order modifications and changes.
  5. Handling and processing customer warranty claims with suppliers and manufacturers.
  6. Acting as the primary contact for warranties, customer inquiries, and order updates.
  7. Communicating with customers about incoming stock or potential delays via email or phone.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  1. Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind in all interactions.
  2. Exhibit a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls to customers.
  3. Experience in scheduling or diary management is a must.
  4. Be IT literate; a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
  5. Be a team player, as the role relies heavily on collaborating with colleagues.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  7. Ensure professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are consistently displayed.
