We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bodyshop Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Bodyshop Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  4. Process customer payments and issue receipts.
