Job Description

• Support and manage the finance systems within the business services department.
• Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analyse system performance and develop optimisation strategies.
• Manage system upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Provide training and support to system users.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and IT to resolve any system issues.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and make recommendations for system improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Systems Analyst should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• Experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of finance systems and databases.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
