Tradewind are working with a SEN school in High Wycombe that is looking for compassionate and caring teaching assistants to join their school. The school supports learners with a broad range of severe and moderate learning difficulties. Those that have had previous experience working with special educational needs or in the care sector are encouraged to apply!

Role Overview:

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: 89-105 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate Start (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored support to learners with complex special educational needs.
2. Provide support with personal care and daily routines (where necessary).
3. Access to additional training and CPD through the National College for FREE, when working with Tradewind.

The school offers a personalised curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student, fostering their development.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:

• Previous experience working with learners with special educational needs.
• SEN qualification (desirable)
• Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm.
• Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or the ability to apply for one.
