BMS SERVICE/COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (CONTRACT)

Location: London - Duration: 6 months - Rate: £300 - £400 per day

A reputable client, a market-leading BMS Controls company, is seeking an experienced BMS Service/Commissioning Engineer to join their existing team in London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that maintenance procedures are carried out to the standards detailed in the specific service schedules.
Fault find on control systems and rectify faults found on field wiring, electrical panels, GUIs, and various BMS controllers.
Ensure all sites/systems meet the requirements of the customer/client, reporting directly to the Services Delivery Manager via a written report on any sites requiring further attention.
Produce written reports that clearly detail works undertaken.
Maintain excellent communication skills and present yourself in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Struxureware preferred; training will be provided.
Willingness to travel to different customer sites within the M25 and central London.
Ability and willingness to learn new systems.

This is a mobile BMS Service/Commissioning Engineering role primarily working in and around London and the home counties, with travel required across the south of England as needed.
